A plain-language explanation of how this private beta handles your operating-system data.
Account information and the life-system records you choose to create, such as tasks, goals, routines, standards, contacts, reviews, knowledge, and configuration. Connected services remain governed by their providers.
Universal SaaS records are scoped to the authenticated account. Your private data is not intended to be visible to another user. Administrative access is used only for operating, supporting, securing, or legally maintaining the service.
AI may receive the minimum relevant context needed to analyze your OS or propose an action. Observations and recommendations do not change records. Mutating actions should require explicit confirmation. Do not store secrets, regulated health data, or information you are not authorized to process.
OAuth connections are authorized per user. Rhian OS requests scoped access and uses connected data to provide the feature you selected. Disconnecting a provider stops future access; the provider may retain its own logs under its policy.
You may disconnect integrations, export supported account data, or request correction or deletion. Deletion requests are verified before execution to prevent irreversible loss or account takeover abuse.
The service is provided for evaluation and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. You remain responsible for decisions, communications, financial actions, health choices, legal obligations, backups, and verifying AI-generated material.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another account, upload unlawful content, or use integrations beyond your authority. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the service.
